This is the bookstamp of Shelomoh Ram, a dayyan (member of the local rabbinical court) and moreh tsedek (rabbi who makes decisions pertaining to Jewish law) in Jerusalem.
He was the son of Rabbi Yonah Ram of Birz, Lithuania (also known as Birzai and Birzh), who moved to Erets Yisrael (Palestine) with his family and served as a moreh tsedek in the Kerem neighborhood and surrounding area in Jerusalem. Through his father, Shelomoh was a member of the 14th generation of the famous Rivlin family. He was married to Miriam.
Shelomoh’s stamp reads: "From the books of Shelomoh Ram son of the Gaon Rabbi Yonah of blessed memory dayyan and moreh tsedek in the holy city of Jerusalem may she be built and established."
