Mimeographed actor's script for Martin Esslin's production of this radio play, starring Beckett’s three friends, Harold Pinter, Billie Whitelaw and Patrick Magee. Broadcast on the BBC as part of Beckett’s 70th birthday celebration.

Director Martin Esslin wrote to Beckett with questions about the script, to which Beckett replied on 13 February 1976:
a) Dick should be silent except when called on to act. Then, if you like, some sound of effort as he gathers himself together to strike, before swish of pizzle. Then we could have this sound alone when he is called on to act and need not..."
And on 19 February 1976:
"I don't think they should leave at the end. If we settle for Billie drying her pretty eyes, with faint sob for good value, it seems to me that would be, as my granny used to say, an "ample sufficiency"."
