Mona Van Duyn to Isabella Gardner, May 27, 1965. Van Duyn responds to Gardner's inquiry if she received a letter from Gardner. Van Duyn tells her that perhaps Gardner's letters are not getting to Van Duyn because the words "Rare Book Room" are missing from the address. Van Duyn expresses concern over how the letter end up missing and are never returned to Gardner. Van Duyn is excited to receive any worksheets from Gardner and asks if Gardner would like to have them appraised for income-tax deduction. She offers to send Gardner a copy of her book if Gardner would like one.
