Description
Mona Van Duyn to Isabella Gardner, December 30, 1972. Van Duyn tells Gardner that she hopes that going to California will go better for her. She says that Carolyn Kizer told her that Gardner had fallen and had broken bones. Van Duyn thanks Gardner for contributing more manuscripts to the library's collection--although Van Duyn no longer works at the Washington Univeristy Library. She tells Gardner that everyone is rooting for her and hope that Gardner will start writing again.
