This is the signature of Rabbi Yitzhak (Isaac, also Ayzik) Berlin (1792 or 93-1865), a rabbi and scholar from Hamburg, Germany. He was born to Rabbi Lase Heilbut of Berlin and Mindell Heilbut. He and his wife, Fanny, had as many as 13 children.
