Description

Title Description - An opinionated, possibly fictional, bilingual guide to the city of Rouen. “It’s not every hotel where the maids get down on their knees and clean your room with a toothbrush.” “...Guests must confine themselves to narrow dirt paths and dysfunciotnal Post Operative style furnishings (suspended from the rafters), while velvet ropes wired to delivera 120 volt charge to the adventurous (and an additional charge to their bill) draw the rather stingy line between luxury and posterity.” Issued on the occasion of “Le Gènie du Lieu,” an exhibition held at Usine Fromage-Centre d’Art Contemporain. In English and French. 29 June 2009 (printedmatter.org).
