This is the bookstamp of Shalom Yosef Friedman (1871-1927), rabbi of Milnitza. He was the son of Rabbi Naḥum Dober Friedman, whose stamp also appears in the Brisman collection. He has the same name as his grandfather, who served as rabbi in Sadigura.

Friedman's name is written in the traditional Jewish patronymic system, with his name followed by "ben," meaning "son of," and then his father's name. His stamp has been crossed out by a previous owner of this book.
